We schedule a site assessment, scope the base and drainage requirements, and deliver a finished court configured for the sports your users actually play. The written estimate covers base prep, acrylic coating, multi-sport line striping, fencing, and hoops or net posts as a single itemized scope.

Court Design & Site Preparation

We schedule the measuring of the court footprint, clearing the area, and correcting the grade to a verified slope that sheds water away from the surface. The subgrade is compacted and drainage paths confirmed so the base material goes down on stable, properly prepared ground.

Court Lighting & Fencing

We schedule a court measurement, plan fixture placement for even coverage with no dark corners, and install vinyl-coated steel or chain link fencing at the correct height for ball containment. Both new installs and retrofits to existing courts are within scope.

Court Resurfacing, Repairs & Maintenance

We schedule a court surface inspection to identify whether crack patching or a full acrylic recoat is the right scope, and carry out the work in the correct sequence: prep, patch, coat, stripe. Drainage is also checked to confirm water runoff is restored before the job closes.

We schedule a yard measurement, grade confirmation, and installation of a surface with line markings for your chosen sport combination. Modular tiles, asphalt, and concrete base options are all available, and hoops or net posts are anchored as part of the same scope.

Pickleball Court Installation

We schedule an assessment of your space, preparation of a stable base on properly graded and drained ground, and the surface with regulation line markings and a permanent net system. The minimum total footprint is 30 ft x 60 ft, and the evaluation confirms your site meets that before work begins.

Tennis Court Installation

We cover the full sequence from slope check and site grading through granular base laying, drainage installation, and acrylic surface coating. Net posts, perimeter fencing, and regulation line marking are scoped into the same project so nothing is left as an afterthought.

Tennis-to-Pickleball Conversions

We schedule an inspection of the existing court surface for cracks and drainage issues, then either a restripe or a full conversion depending on condition. Up to four pickleball courts fit within one standard tennis court footprint, with net posts set at 36 inches at the sidelines and 34 inches at center.
